This is the short version: snapx is built to be useful without knowing who you are. There's no account, no profile, no behavioural tracking, and no ad network embedded in the page.

What we collect

• The link you paste. It's used once to fetch the video metadata, then discarded. We don't store it.
• Aggregate, anonymous server logs — request counts, error rates, response times. No IPs are retained beyond what's needed for abuse prevention (24h max).
• Local browser preferences — your theme (light/dark) and language. Stored in localStorage on your own device. Never transmitted to us.

What we don't collect

• No accounts, no email, no name.
• No third-party analytics or ad SDKs.
• No persistent identifiers, fingerprints, or cookies beyond a session token used for rate-limiting.

The video files

Files are streamed from the source platform through our service to your browser. We do not retain copies after the download completes.

Your rights

Because we don't have personal data tied to you, there is no profile to delete or export. If you have specific questions, get in touch via the contact page.
